For the best chance of getting your posters by Christmas we recommend ordering before these dats:

🇬🇧 UK Orders - 18th December

🌍 International Orders - 9th December


 When will I receive my order?

Please read carefully!

🇬🇧 The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 3-5 working days.

🌍 The estimated delivery time for International orders is 7-12 working days.

We aim to print and ship your artwork the next working day. However, sometimes it may take a little longer, so please allow 1-3 days for order to be processed and printed before it is dispatched.

Once your order has dispatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available.

 

Will I pay customs fees/taxes?

Due to Brexit, orders made for delivery to EU countries, may now incur additional customs fees/taxes/charges. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of you, the receiver. Please note that you will be subject to your country’s policy on imported goods.

Orders in the UK and US will NOT pay any additional fees.

  

How big are the posters?

All posters on KickPosters.com are available in four sizes:

A4 - (21.0 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 in)

A3 - (29.7 x 42.0 cm / 11.7 x 16.5 in)

A2 - (42.0 x 59.4 cm / 16.5 x 23.4 in)

A1 - (59.4 x 84.1 cm / 23.4 x 33.1 in)

 

What size frame should I get?

Our prints look great when placed within frames. Although we don't sell them, we recommend contacting your local framers, or buying frames from IKEA.

 

Can I buy the design file from you?

If you're interested in licensing our designs or working with us, please contact KickPosters@gmail.com

 

I want to sell your prints, can I place a wholesale order?

No problem, please contact KickPosters@gmail.com

 

My print was damaged in transit, can I get a new one?

Yes! We like to make sure that your prints arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition, but if your local courier hasn't looked after your package and it arrives damaged, please email us at shop@kickposters.com and we'll get a replacement sent out.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

No exchanges or returns. Refunds or replacements are only for defective items.

 

You've not replied to my email!

Due to the increasingly high volume of messages, it may be a while before we get back to you. If the answer to your question/email can be found here within the FAQs, you won't get a response. Sorry.
